Mode of Action:
Thiamethoxam is a next-generation neonicotinoid insecticide that acts on the central nervous system of pests, disrupting their nerve signal transmission by targeting the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs). This results in quick paralysis and death of pests. Its systemic movement allows the insecticide to travel through the plant from the seed, offering internal protection to emerging shoots and leaves.
